Welcome to our Farm!
Spring is Just Around the Corner!
What’s New on the Farm?
Our cows are calving and we already have 7 calves born at the time of writing this. The ducks are sitting on eggs waiting for the little ones to hatch. We have some meat chickens that we are raising this year again and hope to have them ready the end of June. We see the daffodils and tulips peeking through the soil. All of this reminds us that Spring is just around the corner.
We still have potatoes available for sale, along with beef and some other produce. Come and visit our farm store and see all that we have to offer!
Located just outside of Kitchener, Ontario in Waterloo Region, we enjoy the fertile lands on the foothills of the Baden Hill which have provided food and have been home to many people for a long time. Our farm was first settled in 1848 by the Jutzi family, one of the early Mennonite families in the area. They came here for the good soil to grow food for their family and community, just like we do today!
In 2023 we celebrated 25 years of farming and 175 years of homesteading at this location. Down the road at 1812 Bleams Road, we also celebrated 20 years there, which is now in the hands of the next generation, our son Freddy.
