We raise only a few pigs at a time. Pork is therefore only limited available. The next time we we take pigs to the butcher will be end of August and in September. Breed is Tamworth and the piglets where born on pasture. Another batch raised by our son outdoors on pasture will be available in October and November. All are finished without soy or corn, with our own grains (peas, oats and barley.)
