Wing Steak

Description

A wing steak (aka club steak) is smaller than a T-bone or porterhouse steak, and rectangular shaped (in some regions, it is a triangular cut.) Essentially it is a strip loin steak, but has a a rib bone in it.

Our wing steaks come with 2 steaks per package. Approximately 2.29 lbs each package.
