Description

The bottom round or in Canada called the outside round roast, is the outer part of the round where muscles are well exercised, so it contains tough muscles and some connective tissue. Although this cut isn’t the most tender due to the lack of fat, it is often inexpensive compared to other cuts of beef.

Our outside round roast comes frozen, boneless and in 3 to 5 lbs roasts.
