This ready-to-use sourdough starter comes frozen and with detailed instructions to make your own yeast-free wheat, spelt, or rye bread.
It will make up to 4 loaves of bread on first use.
1 lb of rye flour is included with the starter which allows for feeding/multiplying the sourdough for continued use week after week.
This is not a gluten-free product but bread baked with fermented slow-rise starter and flour is easier to digest.
