Half Beef

For half a beef, you can expect approximately 280 lbs to 320 lbs hanging weight at $6 per lb. The $6/lb price includes cutting, wrapping, and freezing.

The take-home weight is about 20% less due to dry aging/shrinking and trimming during the butchering process. Therefore, half a beef will be in the range of $1680 – $1920.

Whole Beef

For a whole beef, it is about 550 lbs to 700 lbs hanging weight at $6 per lb. The $6/lb price includes cutting, wrapping, and freezing.

Again, the take-home weight is about 20% less due to dry aging/shrinking and trimming during the butchering process. Therefore, a whole beef will cost in the range of $3300 – $4200.

A downpayment of $100 is required for all bulk orders. 

Final payment is due at the time of pick up. We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

Please let us know when you would like the order and we will send you a cutting instruction form for you to fill out. These cutting instructions are forwarded to the butcher so you will get the cuts the way you like.
